My first appointment with Dr. Grill as my new PCP was excellent. He reviewed my history along with new bloodwork results and thoroughly explained what he was doing. He didn't rush and made sure I understood. He was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable.

I love Dr. Grill. I love the office and his staff. What I don't care for is having to call, when I call Dr. Grill's office, getting some other place, and I'm pretty sure it's not the United States, and they make it sound like they're in the office, like, oh, I'm going to go look for so-and-so, and we all know they're not in there. So that's kind of aggravating, and I can't get the service that I used to get prior to this whole hackensack thing take over, but that is absolutely zero reflection on Dr. Grill and his staff. Other than that, I am very happy. Have a good day. Thank you.
